Our Mission
Sivic Solutions Group (SSG), a subsidiary of Solix, Inc., provides consulting, program support and systems services to school districts and state and county agencies, with a focus on Health and Human Services, throughout the United States.
Established in 1998, SSG is headquartered in Utica, New York, with specialists located throughout the country that offer extensive consulting experience in Education, and Health and Human Services, Revenue Management, Cost Allocation and Systems along with the design, development and implementation of major financial systems, Medicaid Management of Information Systems (MMIS), and Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information Systems (SACWIS and CCWIS).
Our consultants include experts in the areas of federal and state financial management policy, quality assurance, auditing, and rate setting along with healthcare and electronic medical records, claims administration, third party administration and third party liability.
Our systems integration provides value-added solutions to government agencies in the areas of program and financial data integration; including case management, integrated eligibility, claims and payment processing, state-wide accounting and cost allocation systems.
Our Core Services
Education
SSG provides school system solutions and Federal claiming services in numerous states and hundreds of school districts and early childhood programs. We have the most sophisticated web-based products in the market to support school district needs.
Health & Human Services
SSG provides cost allocation and other revenue management services to states and counties. We help our clients obtain Title IV-E, Medicaid, CHIP, TANF, SNAP, SSI, Medicare and other Federal recoveries; and maintain current recoveries by preparing for Federal audits, performing compliance analyses, and updating rates. Our consultants provide human services administration services in a wide span of programs, including mental health, substance abuse, child welfare, juvenile justice, alcohol and drug programs and developmental disabilities.
Systems
SSG specializes in web-based systems for case management, financial management, cost allocation, random moment time studies, Medicaid claims adjudication, federal claiming, and Third Party Administration services.
